Option 1 – Purchase an Individual Villa
Buy any villa separately, giving you the flexibility to invest in a single luxury property within the development.
Option 2 – Purchase the Entire Completed Complex
We complete the final phase of the project for you. This option is only available to buyers purchasing the entire villa complex.
Option 3 – Purchase the Entire Complex and Complete the Final Phase Yourself
You take control of completing the final phase of the project. The estimated cost to finish the works is €500,000. An ESPA EU grant contribution of €200,000 is available towards completion, reducing the net completion cost.
The total estimated investment to purchase and complete the project yourself is €1,699,570.
