GARDENS THAT LEAD DIRECTLY TO YOUR BEACH
Over 1,500 sqm of private beachfront land sits directly in front of Selki Bay Villas, creating a rare private route from your home to the secluded beach below. This is not just a view — it is direct lifestyle access to one of Andros’ most peaceful coastal settings.
With your garden extending towards the beach, there is also scope, subject to permissions, to bring power down to the area — ideal for chilled drinks, discreet evening lighting, and creating a private beachside retreat for sunset gatherings or quiet nights by the sea.
A TRANQUIL PIECE OF PARADISE
Enter the beautifully secluded beach of Selki Bay directly through your own garden. Stretching approximately 50 metres across, this clean, golden-sand beach offers the space, privacy and tranquillity to spread out, unwind and enjoy the shoreline in peace.
Set within a sheltered bay on the western side of Andros, Selki Bay is naturally protected from the stronger prevailing winds, creating calm, crystal-clear waters that are ideal for swimming and easy sea access. Sit back, relax and listen to the gentle ripple of the waves just moments from your villa.
And when you feel like a change of scene without going far, the golden crescent of Fellos / Kourtali Beach is only around five minutes’ walk away, where you can enjoy another beautiful stretch of coastline and a warm welcome at the local taverna.

VISTA VIEWS FROM EVERY BALCONY
Protected First-Row Sea Views
Every Selki Bay villa occupies a rare first-row position by the sea, giving each home a protected and uninterrupted outlook across the Aegean.
Through careful planning and strategic land ownership, no future development can be built in front of the villas. That means the view is not just exceptional today — it is safeguarded for the lifetime of the property.
The villas are elegantly arranged in stepped tiers, allowing each home to enjoy its own private sea view from the living spaces, terraces and infinity pools. Every level has been carefully positioned to capture the best possible aspect of the crystal-blue Aegean.
From sweeping ocean panoramas and breathtaking sunsets to the gentle sound of the waves below, Selki Bay offers something increasingly rare: a coastal view designed to remain untouched for generations.

ROUND ACCESS
Its close proximity to Athens makes Andros Island a fine location for both long and short stays. There are frequent ferry boats to Andros from Rafina Port, which is located approximately 30 km from the centre of Athens. Ferries to Andros Port in Gavrio are especially frequent during the summer, (every 30 minutes) when the island is a major vacation resort.
The ferry from Rafina to Andros takes approximately 2 hours, while a hydrofoil from Rafina Port takes just 1 hour. If you want to ensure yourself a seat on a ferry to Andros Island, you should book in advance, particularly during the high tourist season.
Apart from Rafina Port, ferries from Andros Port connect the island to other Cyclades Islands (Kea, Kythnos, Mykonos, Naxos, Paros, Syros and Tinos) and several islands in the Northeastern Aegean cluster, including Chios and Lesvos.
If you are arriving in Greece by aeroplane at the Athens Airport "Eleftherios Venizelos", you can easily reach Rafina Port by bus or taxi, and from there board a ferry to Andros Island, Greece.
